How does booking work?

Pick a free time on an instructor’s calendar and send a request. Your instructor confirms or suggests another time — you’ll get a notification either way. Instructors reply within 24 hours; unanswered requests expire after 48 hours.

How do I pay?

For now you pay your instructor directly (cash, card or bank transfer — whatever you agree). Every lesson shows its price before you request it, and your history keeps a running total.

Can I cancel?

Yes — open the lesson from My lessons and choose Cancel. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice; cancellations closer than that are marked as late.

Are instructors checked?

Every instructor’s ADI number is checked against the DVSA register before their profile goes live, and only learners who’ve had a completed lesson can leave a review.

I’m an instructor — how do I join?

Create an instructor account, add your profile and weekly hours, then submit your ADI number. Most checks are done within one working day.
